Seems the person doing it uses any random user name with no profile picture, then switches to a new one after people start blocking that one.

Had to login from a very old account to see what the problem was. Thanks for posting the solution. Hopefully someone busts this guy('s head open for being a stupid troll) as quickly as possible.

Sorry, the code to replace HTML tags was only stripping out the first one. I've fixed it and am disappointed I didn't fix it sooner.
