Why Communism isn't as hated as Nazism?

Communism in theory isn't a terrible idea, its only bad because the people in control always abuse the power. Nazism is deciding a group of people should die because of factors beyond there control. Calling Stalin out as proof Communism is bad is like saying wood is bad because a tree fell on my head.

^ This. Even though the analogy is lacking. "Calling Stalin out as proof Communism is bad is like saying wood is bad because you can make weapons from it." would be more fitting, I think?

Dagger basically said everything I would. Saying Communism would work with a different person is saying Absolute Power does not corrupt. That's adorably naive. Even if it doesn't make the first guy go nuts with it. Someone will, and it'll happen sooner rather than later. Communism has killed far more than Fascism has ever done.
