Whatever floats your boat buddy. Age has nothing to do with what you enjoy, granted it's not a playground full of children of course - that would just be creepy. I'm 22 and I barely go out unless I'm hanging out with at least one friend, family or if there's somewhere important I need to go. It's not that I don't want to go out - it's just that there's fuck all to do where I live, it's that boring here.

I think it depends on your mood, some days I want to feel the sun in my face so I go out and walk, catch some Pokemons and make some km for the eggs. On a different day I may just watch anime on my bed all day barely standing to go for food! But then on a different day I just stand up and play just dance till I drop. I can also wake up hyped and start the music going on and sing along for hours and hours if not the whole day while cleaning or organizing. If feeling like going out and if there`s money... I may go to the movies, shopping, eating out or to a nice bar with loud rock music :D

I go out on game nights with my friends, other than that I'm usually at home doing my own business.
