I guess that's what trained chiefs are for, you can't buy experience you haven't gained yourself. But you can outsource, and hire someone with that experience. If these said monsters exist and are edible, who's to say they're not toxic? True different techniques could be applied as for example with the blowfish, taking out the venomous gland. But whos to say that'd be enough?
