Hell yeah! Here's a thread I can get into! Ive just joined a gym for the first time a few months ago. Before that I had my home gym but had to get rid of it. I've been going at it about 3-4 times a week with a day of rest in between each session. I do a little of everything and keep pushing for heavier weights. People ask me why im dieting and gyming and I tell them "Because it gives me more energy, strength, and generally improves my mental and physical feelings."

"Situps are traditionally performed as a body weight exercise but you will find that after a while, your muscles are no longer challenged by the activity. Holding a dumbbell during situps will overload your abdominal muscles, leading to improvements in strength and endurance." - This advice is helping with core strength. I reccommend for skinny bois like me who feel like they just aren't heavy enough to increase ab strength in any significant way.
