Is anyone here going to Naka Kon 2017? And if so, are you cosplaying?

I'm going and cosplaying as holland or some other person. Will be my first time at that con.

Ah man, you're gonna love it. I've been going for five years now and it never failed to bring me happiness. I hope you have a good experience. ^^

Wow 5 years. The place looks really small from the pictures so I thought it might have just been a 100 population con. Did you cosplay every time you went?

Naka Kon grows gradually every year. It's not the biggest convention but it also isn't small, there are two buildings and courtyard. And yes, I did cosplay every year. It made it a whole lot more enjoyable whether my cosplay was simple or extravagant, and I encourage everyone to try it out even if they feel they don't resemble the character.

That's really good news. Didn't wanna go there and realize there's only 10 of us at someones house. What did you cosplay as? this will be my first time and through security too.

I have cosplayed as Tank Girl, Selene from Underworld, Esdeath from Akame ga Kill, Jolyne Kujo from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Adlet Mayer from Rokka no Yuusha, Morticia Adams. This year I am going to be alternate Jolyne Kujo, Mercy from Overwatch and Bianchi from Katekyo Hitman Reborn. And what do you mean through security if you don't mind me asking? Do you mean when you have to get your prop tagged?

Wow that's more than I'll ever cosplay. I don't look like much characters. I remember at a convention in maryland security attacked cosplayers trying to get in. I was wearing regular clothes at the time.

No security? What a relief we won't have to hide anything.
