I don't know if its just me but lately if I want to send a message i have to do it through the actual page where there is the send button. If i try to press enter in the IM box it just goes down one line, maybe i am just missing something obvious. Anyone have a suggestion?

What browser are you using? Mobile or laptop?

I changed it from detecting keyup to detecting keypress. Refresh (hard with cntrl+r) and try again?

Nope still not working for me. Another thing i noticed that might be the cause is that previous messages are not popping up in the IM box, its just blank. so maybe it is not loading?

What kind of laptop? Windows? Which version of firefox?

dell laptop, windows 10, firefox 50.1.0

Well I just tested on Firefox 39 on Windows 8 and it works... odd.
