I didn't demonize anyone. And now you're telling me what I should've done? Not everyone is as impatient as you. If you can sit and binge watch anime for hours, a 45 minute interview isn't going to kill you. And if it is, then don't watch it and go talk to someone else. That includes you, TF. It's not racist to hire a black person because their personal conduct during the interview suggests they're part of the urban black culture is the definition of racism. The Urban Black Culture has a VERY negative stigma on it for justified reasons as well. There's always very high crime,acting like a thug and getting into violent confrontations with cops is considered cool amongst them,the rap preaches misogyny,gang banging,there's high use of drugs, and lastly most importantly,BLACK ARE KILLING EACH OTHER AT A HIGH RATE in those areas. Why not see it from the point of view from the rest of society. The stuff preached in the Black American Culture sets off many red flags to many ppl. As for me I've been bullied and harassed by many blacks who follow it and I kept being called an oreo, a disgrace to the race and soon and so forth. I get NOT ALL of them are like that, but if you're unwilling to see it from the perspective of the outside, then I'm not sure what to tell you. So it begs the question, how is Elder Reaper a bigot for stating obvious facts? Those aren't racism to not want to be with someone simply because their black. Or to not hire someone for being apart of the Black American culture. I bet that employers aren't willing to hire red necks or hill billy or white trash FOR THOSE SAME REASONS! It'll make colleges and companies alike look bad if they took people like that. You're from the hood? Ok fine. I get not EVERYONE from the hood act like the stereotypical black person, but the vast majority do and ppl on the outside are unable to distinguish between them. You said it yourself, stigma. So I'm the only exception? You never been to the hood I've been to. You know nothing about it except for what you're told and what you see from some skewed youtube video or whatever. How bout going to the hood. See what they have to deal with. #1) there's more white people living in ghettos than POC #2) There's more white people on public assistance than POC #3) There's more white people murdered by police than POC #4) There's more crime between white people than with POC "white on white vs black on black" <-- I really hate that phrase #5) There's more POC in college than in jail. That list can go on. Do you even know where the term Ghetto came from? I'll give you a hint. It's German. The Nazi's did it first and then the Americans followed and literally experimented with black people. giving out chicken pox blankets & measles blankets just to see what would happen. This isn't stuff that happened thousands of years ago. "Colored" people in America have only recently (1965) that they finally got, on paper, the same rights as everyone else. remember, just before that and during that, MLK and Malcolm X was assassinated. When black people were trying to come together and be peaceful, White people literally killed their dream. As for those videos you posted, there's no way I'm watching anything you post if you can't watch one of my videos so I'll stop you there.

Cops are more reluctant to shoot a black person than a white person. 4.It's no surprise, whites are the majority so I can't argue with that. 5.That's entirely new to me. Ok I get that POC got their rights not long ago as well as the assassinations of MLK and MX. Yes Whites back at that time killed their dream, BUT many whites were also for POC to have the same rights, and even if they weren't is it any reason to prosecute whites of today?(not saying you are)but BLM seems to advocate prosecuting today's whites for stuff that happened before they were even born. As for the videos fair enough I didn't watch yours. As for Reaper, his post is not the definition of racism. It's preferences. That post alone seems to have upset you that much from what I'm seeing.

It's not about prosecuting white people today. It's about leveling the field. It's quite and abundantly clear that white people have a significant upper hand in the US vs any other race, including the indigenous people of this country. They literally just finished fighting a pipeline that would've destroyed their land's water supply and it wasnt until American VETS went out there to stand with them that the pipeline was actually stopped. African's weren't even invited to the states. They were dragged. And somehow cause slavery in other countries makes it cool to have slavery in this country. And some idiots think that slavery is done. It's not. If you own any apple product, you're supporting slavery. Myself included. ANYWHO, it's not about the current white people that are helping. It's the people that enjoy their comfy inheritance because of messed up means that swear it's not their fault. They're right. That doesn't mean that their inheritance is actually theirs. If I were to steal a laptop and then sell you that same laptop, the cops would confiscate the laptop and tell you that it wasn't my right to sell it to you and give the laptop back to whomever I stole it from. How do you apply that to a culture? And that's where we are at. Trying to figure out how to get back the stuff that was taken or made from us, by us that was wrongfully snatched. If it were up to Karma, White people would be the treated much differently, and that's something they fear. What goes around, comes around. and Karma will collect. Now that's not to say POC have not made the best of their shitty environment, despite the odds. Myself included. But making the best of the shitty environment is not enough. There's a lot of laws that need to go away, a lot of policies that are in place that need to disappear, there's a whole country in need of fixing. We simply need to choose where to start
