Does anyone think there is such a thing as true care/love?

Title says it all. I'm starting to feel as though there isn't. Because people (including myself) tend to only care when something benefits themselves in one way or another. I'm hoping different peoples opinions will change my opinion on this matter because it's depressing thinking this way x.x

That's kind of what I meant but I also meant about everything in general. Anything a person does is greed it seems like. I guess what I'm asking is am I in hell? o.o
