Bardal hate club!! Vent to the max!!

Lol idk why i said winter. It must be because i'm tired. My cutting starts like right at the end of winter and i'll cut through spring til about mid summer then i usually get tired of cutting and say i'm gonna bulk then never really dedicate myself to it fully lol. This year i started earlier tho

I have also never fully dedicated myself to bulking. I say that I am going to bulk, but I really just start with power lifting instead of calisthenics. I also do not eat a lot of meat that isn't from the sea. So to bulk, I am basically limited to tofu, bread, and creatine. I'm still reluctant to use creatine, but hey! It might work!

Start now. Dont push it for later. Ive been working out a lot and passed my plateau. But im not going for trim, just gaining strength throughout my body, then working with that extra strengths to create stronger lean muscles so i can go back into boxing or mma :3

Did you used to do a combat sport? I was thinking of getting into it myself. I can get into the splits, so I won't have to worry about stretching too much. Oh, I should go ahead and explain why I can get into them since it does relate to fitness! So, anyone can get a 4pack. It isn't difficult. To just get it without defining it, all I really had to do was do cardio and clean up my diet a little bit. It is the last two that are difficult to get. The two near the groin area. Some guy at my gym somehow convinced me that in order to get a full six pack, I needed to be able to get into the splits since the lower abdominal muscles were attached to the hip flexors, which is correct. So he told me in order to fully develop them, I needed to be able to fully rotate my hips. So, I spent like 2 weeks stretching hard core for them. I think there is a picture of me in the splits somewhere on my AX 2016 thread. I still only have a four pack that I feel like is currently fading away :(

You need to work you side abdominal muscles if you want a six pack. And yeah i did do combat sports, fitting for my nature. haha. You should give it a go. If you want a lean body just do kick boxing or Muay Thai. Something less strenuous but still challenging and a work out, is any kung fu/chines martial arts. :3

I actually used to do Ba Ji Quan Chinese Kung Fu. But more so as a child and because I was forced to. Unfortunately, I do not know too much about your nature haha! I have seen some muay thai videos, but, I do not think it will suit my style of fighting. The only thing that I can do right now that even remotely resembles professional fighting is high round house kick. I cannot punch, low kick, mid kick, or anything of the sort :D I should learn, though. But, i will have to save that for the next year as martial artists generally have cut bodies.

not real, not all martial artiest have cut bodies xD And you can get a cut body from training in it, just depends on how much you work at it. And for you, then you should taekwando. x3

I would mainly do it to show off though >.< It would not be for practical use.
