Resident Evil/Biohazard?

Outbreak anyone? I got into it for the campy stories/characters, Tank controls and with the more recent ones the co-op.

@Sherflow: I've always wanted to play Outbreak, but I never really owned a PS2 (borrowed a friend's PS2 a few times). And I feel sort of the same about RE7 if it's going to be anything like the demo. It looks too much like Outlast to me, which was fine for that game, but it's not what I want for Resident Evil. I heard the game was going to be set in the same universe as the other games, and the demo wasn't going to define what RE7 ends up being, but we'll have to wait and see. I just don't want Resident Evil to become some game designed for Youtube Let's Players to scream all over.

To be honest in my opinion: Resident Evil isn't that "scary". What made Resident Evil fun was the gameplay, the tension, the characters, the crazy plots, the cheesy dialogue, the creative monsters, etc. With Resident Evil 7 I think Capcom's not getting the idea of what made Resident Evil "cool" in the first place. Since IMO I don't think it was series creator Shinji Mikami's intention to make an uber scary game like a Silent Hill or an Alone in The Dark. And I seriously don't want Resident Evil 7 to be that game Big YouTuber's play and do fake scream-filled reactions to. XD
