Fran might be right with that as well Assam it may be hearts and number. It's 5000 to get the icon but after I got it I still couldn't reply until I verified my number.

it only works if your from the US any other number is rejected if you want to be verified ask Sephiroth and he can do it

well as far as I know no EU numbers work unless that's finally changed?
