Gardening

I have a room plant. Does that count? Lol jkjk. I'm also thinking to start growing sweet potatoes or something of sorts on my balcony. Back home I sometimes help my mum and I mostly like useful plants. Berries, vegetables.. In Russia we have a huge garden and since my grandfather is already in retirement he does a lot there. I love just roaming around the gardens and eating the things he's growing. MUCH better than bought food. But honestly my grandfather is a magician when it comes to gardening We also have a huge Lavendel bush at home and the butterflies that always sit on it in summer are just gorgeous. And I like birches. Birch forests are always so bright and peaceful. My dad has a tiny birch forest in his yard with a small pond and stream. And I just love chilling out there in summer. Fuck luxeries if I'd get to live our my last days in a place like that.

Right now, have two places where I can do my gardening. One is at my grandma's house and the other one is my mom's apartment. I'm gardening tomatoes, watermelon, pumpkin, peanuts, strawberries, mint/other herbs, grapes, and flowers.

I have a couple of green houses full of veggies and of course some fruit trees at the moment. I know some about flowers as well so feel free to ask. I get all my info from my friend that has a degree in horticulture. One cool tip he told me recently I did not know is that you can plant your roses on top of some rabbit food (about a hand full) and they will grow very well. Plus rabbit food is cheap so that helps.

That's pretty cool. I think that gardening is a really awesome activity. Mints I heard are another fun indoor project. I love cooking with herbs and spices. It is sooo the watermelon season right now. I'd love flowers more if it weren't for the sneezing. I still love the scent of lilacs though.

I like to grow my herbs and mints outside. For some reason, I like to believe that those types of pants would also love to have the fresh air and sun light. They always seem to live longer when I do that. They always die, when I grow them inside. XD

Probably so. So they rather die than being inside. XD Tip for everyone: When using plant fertilizer, their are other ways than manure. You can also use chemical fertilizer. (Although, I don't use it for my plants.) :D Also, you make your own fertilizer by using decomposing fruits, vegetables, coffee grounds. As long it's natural (nothing with meat), mix it up with dirt and wait for it to completely decompose all. Then, you have natural fertilizer. ^u^

I love gardening :D Unfortunately my current house doesn't really have the space so I have a few house plants. I can't wait to get my own place so I can have a pretty little garden where I can sit and read a book.
