There will always be doubt, always be destructive self loathing, depression, loneliness, but let that be a reminder that it means you can still feel, you can still breathe, you can still smile. That empty hole in your chest will always be there because you are human, and whats more satisfying than knowing despite all that, you hope you can find the right person who you want to help their face crack a smile every time they see you. Even if you end up alone, at least you never gave up, and at least you made some one smile along the journey.

dont feel as if you being sad is something you cant do, we have our moments where we do need to vent every once and a while, not everyone is strong, just be sure to be there for the people who are there for you

Did you not know him through any other platform or number? if that was the case, he is either gone for good or something life changing happened.
