Carry those feeling with you, they will make you a stronger and better person. Learn from the past and learn from the sadness. It is tough and tears will come, but tomorrow is a new day, a day to remember the past and not let it affect you as much as it did the day before. Those feelings will always be there even after we learn to suppress them but they also make us who we are, and show us how to act to others. Nothing in life is pointless, even if it is painful.
