My eyes switch from 144p to like 1280p at random times and its weird af. I will be like chilling and all of the sudden 4k vision

I did they prescribed me glasses at one place then said i had 20/20 in another

Or my brain, i think i prob just process things too fast. I also have problems with speech i will talk faster than the words can come out.
