@maliceraven So it would essentially work as a farmers carry exercise. The exercise is you grabbing two dumbbells and walking around with them in your hands. So in this case the bags act as dumbbells. Your back and shoulders should get some work from it. Maybe core aswell, but I am not too sure. Sorry I'm shoving lifting knowledge to you now, I just tend to get overexcited when talking about it xD
