In third world nations across Africa, and the Middle East this is a prevalent problem. None of them has progressed, so no. That's why we have judges, and a court system to protect us from our first natural instincts of reprisals.

European judges don't even know how to spell "justice". Sadly, European lawyers know very well how to spell "gaps in the law". Breivik is studying in Norway after taking over 75 innocent lives. And he lives better than 90% of the European students. Better than me anyway. Praise the social state. In Germany a Muslim guy killed his sister because she had a German boyfriend. After his release he uploaded photos on social networks of him taking a bath in German prison smiling from ear to ear. Penalty? Don't make me laugh.

Indeed Xynox, that is a result of Liberalization. The German Green party, and several French parties have tried to legalize Pedophilia. There is no old school back-bone.
