@Aero, sounds like quite the zoo. My dad used to have a house on 7 acres. We had pet goats, a horse, chickens, etc.

Aww man I missed dog chat? Lame! Currently no pets in my life but I did have two cats and two dogs at separate points. I think a rabbit and two guinea pigs as well, all separate except the guinea pigs. But since this was dog chat the dogs get the spotlight. The dogs I used to have were a Shih Tzu and Maltese. Yeah, small cute fluffy dogs although the Maltese was bought for my sister (named Coco) and the Shi Tzu mine (named Barker, yeah I have real knack for names). No on hand pictures of the actual dogs but here's an idea of what they kinda looked like: Shih Tzu http://s3.amazonaws.com/assets.prod.vetstreet.com/97/78/dca5c3e34bb89c4e5d19a0851f5d/shih-tzu-ap-1v4u0w-645-x-380.jpg Maltese http://www.petmd.com/sites/default/files/breedopedia/maltese3.jpg Sadly both of these dogs had to part with us for different reasons. We have to give away my Shih Tzu since we were moving to a smaller home and wouldn't be able to keep him. So we gave him a good home for others to take care of him and we haven't seen him since. The Maltese had to go for a much sadder reason. We kept here around for at least a good five years I think and everything was going just fine until one day she just started vomiting every now and then. Somehow there was something wrong in her head which made her dizzy, thus vomit and made it hard for her to climb up stairs. We tried as much as we could which medicines and unfortunately the costs were getting too high and we had no idea if this expensive operation would treat her or not in the end if we were to go through with it. We definitely did not want her to suffer anymore. So we had to put her to sleep. For good. Ah sorry, sorry for bringing the mood down like that! I just got caught up telling the stories about my own dogs. Make sure to love and take good care of your own.

I could totally flood this thread with the amount of pictures I have of my dog but sorry to hear about that Zeal. It can be a tough call figuring out what's more beneficial to the animal and what you have in your power to do.
