Shyness

I certainly feel the same way about shy girls. You never know what they're thinking. Someone you think is quite innocent might actually have some...interesting thoughts and only share them once they open up.

@VeZeal, people have told me before that women don't usually like men that are more shy and reserved and are more likely to take interest in someone that is outgoing. and I've noticed that. usually no one ever initiates a conversation with me in person.

@Yuki It's the same with me. We're all kindred spirits so, kinda preaching the choir here. I don't act like much of my peers around me and typically don't have many things to say and share. It's hard but sometimes you just need to just go for it and make an attempt, even if every fiber of your being is telling you to shut up and don't say anything. JUST. DO IT. It doesn't help that I typically give off a bit of a cold shoulder. I'm not good with people I'm not familiar with and typically I'm more focused on something else rather than others.

Most women do prefer self-confident men. Doesn't mean none would give shy guys a chance though. You will just have to be more patient.

I just have trouble actually meeting people in person. It's kinda the reason I'm here. I want to make more friends and become close to people. I am a really patient person actually! :3 I know I will find someone eventually. @VeZeal, thanks for the advice! ^-^

No problem. At least you have different cities and states to see more and different people I'm stuck on an island with the same people day in and day out for the most part. Because it's such a conservative place and anime and games are so hard to come by, going online for friends became almost a requirement for making some friends with similar interests. Mind you I do have a few friends who like these sorts of things but I'd still like to make more. Especially around the world.

Don't worry, Yuki-chan. I'm in the same boat your in. Just believe in yourself and soon your shyness won't get the better of you. ^w^

@ Yuki-chan I'm the same I'm very shy not good making conversations also you make very good points on shyness that are true I've notice that many people of both genders don't talk to the shy people.
