Super Smash Bros. Any of them

Seems like this forum needs more smash. Do you have a favorite game, a favorite character, a favorite game mode, etc? This discussion can be about anything. First one played: Melee Favorite: Brawl Favorite Mode: Adventure (Melee and Brawl) Reason I like Smash: To me, I like how the games shows off Nintendo's history through the stages and trophies. With each game, you get to learn about certain Nintendo games if you wasn't aware of them at first. Heck, I didn't know jack about Kirby until I played Melee and then watched the anime afterwards.

I love how hyped the announcer sounds when he calls out Bayonetta. I've played and owned all of them from 64 to 4U. I consider myself half decent, not good but not too terrible either. My favorite mode will be Subspace Emissary just because of the amazing work that was put together to have such incredible scenes showing the characters interacting and getting down the business. It's really refreshing compared to a normal Adventure mode. And I don't really have a favorite character, I just like to play a lot of characters that are fun to me. Even Wii Fit Trainer.

@hoodedfang: I had the same experience with Captain Falcon in 64 and Ice Climbers in Melee. I thought I was fairly in-tune with Nintendo history, but it seems like each new game in the series gives me some new stuff I didn't know before. I'm also a big fan of the adventure modes, as the mashups and interactions between characters is what really makes this series so cool. @VeZeal: I've played all of the games pretty extensively except for Brawl. My Wii had issues reading the disc D: Have you played as Bayonetta much? Does she control fairly well? As for me, Favorite game: Melee Favorite mode: Super Sudden Death (because 99 stock games were both hilarious and intense) Favorite characters: Falco, Captain Falcon, Peach, and Luigi (all have been my mains at one point or another :P) Favorite Stage: Hyrule Temple (over the entire series, I swear I've used that stage in over 1000 matches)

Ive played them all in order of what i like is Wiiu Brawl 64 then melee reason melee is at that bottom is cause i dont like the competitive scene and how it plays its too fast and too me takes no skill i mean a lot of the time people die cause or the edge gaurding doesnt seem really entertaining to me :/ Brawl i like mostly cause Snake xD I'm a die hard MGS fan and wiiu cause Lucina and Palutena xd I was originally gonna give up on smash cause the 4th one when showing characters only showed one of my old mains and caused me to be tilted lol N64: Jigglypuff Melee: JigglyPuff. Ganon. Mewtwo, Ice Climbers Brawl: Jigglypuff, Ganon, Snake, Wolf, Ice Climbers Smash4: Jigglypuff, Ganon, Mewtwo, Lucina As for my skills hmm I would say I'm on competitive level mostly cause I've always done competitive tournaments for other fighting games and don't see smash any different xD

blood&icecream: If it's just the disk itself, you might have better luck after using the toothpaste method. Old disks I didn't take better care of suddenly worked again after using it. As for Bayonetta, she really fun to use, she combos very easily. Witch Time is incredible, good or bad depending on who's getting hit by it, some say it's broken, I say get good.

@Urara: Snake was awesome in Brawl! I'm a huge Star Fox fan so I was also partial to Wolf being in that game, as well. But hating on Melee is blasphemy bruh :P I'm amazed you dig Ganondorf after Melee, as I thought they nerfed him too much. @VeZeal: I played one match with Bayonetta, and I thought her smash moves were pretty far reaching. I didn't play her enough to know whether or not she's OP though. Have you played Project M?

i dont think i will ever enjoy melee xD i just cant stand how its played land a combo knock them off and gaurd the edge cause if you grab it they cant thats why i love smash4 cause they made it so that it just kicks you off if another grabs it feels more balanced xD as for Ganon its just cause i like him its odd since the only zelda i ever liked was OoT o.o so i dont understand myself either xD

@VeZeal: If you're not a snobby Melee elitist, it probably won't do anything for you, but I enjoy it. Urara: I can understand that. I kinda like that system even though it's stupid... To each his own :D
