@cero did you season the chicken before breading it? When breading food I always season the item as well as the breading

I do a little trick to get better fried chicken, first i season the chicken overnight in a marinade then bake it in the oven until it's mostly cooked trough, then bread and fry like normal, that way you can avoid overcooking your breading and still have juicy chicken.
