Oh Saber Lily? She's not new, she's been around for a while. You had to buy a code to get her before. As for Saber pieces dropping, either go to the Saber mats daily and farm or get 20 of the blue-gem-things and exchange them in the shop for a Saber statue. And oh, Okita? Yeeeeah... I saw her one-shot the Level 90 event mission.
