His answer resides in, despite being clearly associated both terms, that they are different cases. He says he wants details but why not just look for just simple definitions and look for their differences which are pretty obvious. If he wants to study how people feel like, this is no way to do so. You'd never know what is like unless you are also living through it. So all these comparisons are definitely pointless. Is just a waste of time. How can one expect someone else to elaborate in something when you don't even know the basics? That's the same thing going on here.

I'm in the field encouraging them to seek treatment because they often have other, underlying problems. Treatment includes transitioning via clothing, HRT and SRS. This is not crank. This is SUPPORTED science. So please, don't discredit me based on you not understanding my reasoning. Please. I'm honestly in support of trans people. And I'd be fully willing to change my opinion on non-binary people if there was evidence by the psychiatric community that the people who claim it are, in fact, mentally sound. My main problem with you arguement is the fact that you are trying to speak on behalf of all trans people. Experiences vary from person to person, and being trans really isn't something that you can "treat". Also, being transgender is not considered a mental disorder anymore, it was taken off the list.

No, but it has a mental component to it. Dysphoria is considered a psychiatric disorder. As far as my argument, I'm simply speaking of a majority according to my research. The sampling from anywhere around here would be skewed if I tried to do it based on people on the site or otherwise.
