Dungeons and Dragons

Anybody here into Dungeons And Dragons? I'm asking because I'm currently trying to find out how to play it myself. I've recently bought the starter pack, and I'm trying to figure out all of the rules, but there are just so many of them, even I'm having trouble keeping track! If anybody could help me out, that'd be great!

Can't really help as i'm new too but i have played a ton of campaigns. Knowing the basics is easy just find people on Skype or nearby to play with. The community is very comforting. Imagination is key

I've played and it's a lot of fun once you get your character sheet done. It's also very complex game to play as well. If you want to have a good time playing D&D you'll need four people to play with, sure you could play with two people but it would make the guests a bit boring. You'll also need a good dungeon master to over see the story to your session. You'll want to choose your character class you'll want to play as well. That's all the advice I can give dude, the last thing I can suggest is invest in all the D&D books so you'll know all the rules to the game and be a dungeon master yourself.

Right now I'm in a 5e campaign and vampire masquerade. My friends want to start a starwars campaign and a eclipse phase campaign I play quite a bit.
