Nothing really, I avoid anything I think might scare me. If I had to name a few I guess some hentai and Elfien Lied. I was okay with that show until about the 4th or 5th episode an then the opening started to freak me out. And I like opera it was just creepy though. Maybe it was the headless manequins XD, im not sure. I cant watch it alone.

Corpse party the death scene and it freak me when the girl with the scissor and a crazy guy chasing the little boy sister dam crazy.

Neither traumatizing nor really fucked up... The "worst" anime I saw were attack on titan because of some brutal scenes. The most other of my (til now) watched animes weren't that bad ^.^' Need to mention I'm not a fan of guro gore stuff anyways :p
