My mother is a certified yoga teacher. She does it as a side job. More like a hobby. So yes, yes I have done lots of yoga, and I even own a mat and stuff.

The problem with a yoga gif is the technical stuff. My camera is hooked to my computer, and in my room I don't have einough space for yoga.

Perfect. Then you have some idea as to how useful it is for your body. Do that workout in no less than 10 minutes, if you're feeling up to it anyway. -ah. No space? Try the some standing yoga then.

Nooope, sorry guys. There is just not einough space to capture me doing yoga poses. You can only see half of me and when I straighten and stretch my arms you only see like my upper arms in the frame. I can't step further back from the camera, because my couch is in the way. I tried doing different things, but it's just not einough space.
