Is it normal cause I seem to do it a lot ( not a lot of friends so I keep most things to myself) or is it like a split personality thinking that your talking to someone other then your self but in reality it's just talking to your conscious ?

Yup, we all do it. I sure do, in my own alone time. There's something comforting to me about talking to myself. It's when you're around other people and just randomly start talking to yourself or when you actually have a real conversation that there may be an issue... I just think out loud.
