Is water wet? Lol. Yes. If you don't have that person's consent it is rape.

The question I have is what qualifies as consent.
If someone says "yes", but only after being pressured, is that sexual misconduct?
In other words, does "yes" automatically mean agree to sexual encounters, and does not saying "no" mean you are allowing yourself to be touched?
Now, I know that what I have been taught, that is all sexual misconduct.
But for a long time I felt that was happened was something I agreed to and later regretted, not misconduct. And I felt shame, so much shame that I didn't think about it. But doing the college's sexual assault policy brought back feelings I don't really want to deal with.
I'd rather be told it's just something I agreed to and sadly regret, not sexual coercion

Of course it's not consent if you're being pressured. A petite women might give in when cornered by some buff guy. And that "yes" wouldn't qualify as consent.
We do a lot of dumb things and some people regret. If it wasn't sexual assault, it wasn't. Don't make it sexual assault just because you regretted it after some time. If that was a thing any person who had their adult time with another person could call it rape.

Well that makes me feel better. I guess I truly agreed to it.
