What anime almost turned you off anime?

anime's dud by 4 kids. It is a dishonor to any anime fan. So happy the company is not around any more. Just on a side note. One Piece is the best anime/manga ever. Also Fairy Tails Fan serves in the manga is awesome and the story is not bad.

I don't have complaints when it comes to hentai/yaoi/yuri.. but I don't like fetish exaggerations. ( o____o) Even for someone my age, it's a bit too much to take in. Blergh. On addition. Anime like Infinite Stratos and, as of late, Mahou Sensou (because the protags are a spineless mess- I dunno if the writers wanted to harvest sympathy votes or coolness harem votes, I dun even...)
