Personally, the best is the second trilogy (Eps 1~3).
Darth Maul's theme is lots better than Vader's, which I don't like. But, judging by the time of it, Star Wars is objectively good. I just hate it.

I'll say that most of Star Wars is overrated. That's not the contentious statement.
The contentious statement is that I quite like Ep. 8.
A less contentious statement that I will add to that is that I think the single best piece of Star Wars media ever written is Knights of the Old Republic II, in spite of the fact that the game was only like 70% finished because the publisher wanted to get it out in time for Christmas, if I remember correctly.
