Why don't any of you join the Catholic Church?

Your reason, your laws, your version of history, and don't you guys don't like gays, bi, transgender's and any one who is not in your way of marriage. I pretty sure you guys use to kill anyone who went against you. Galileo says the earth is round and you denied the fact till 1992. 350 years later.
