Honestly, I think it'd be better to just lay out a list of rules with a visible link to it at the top of the forums, rather than having it be a normal post in the Serious Talk section... I don't think everyone would read this post afterall, so it wouldn't be too fair for people who didn't have that warning.

Shouldn't this be on the Site News and Suggestions: Official updates and questions from users Forum topic. I think you should Ban your self for this off subject in the Serious Talk Forum Topic area.

This notice is mostly for people who are spamming in this particular forum. I added a new admin button for instant 2 day bans.

wait a sec, so who gets banned? when does this go into effect? starting now? and does this apply to previous threads made?
