I literally just got added a few days ago by someone, and they didn't message me. I just logged on, there was a message from them saying "my friend wants to trade with you; here's his profile" --> ..../steamcomrnunty.com... Look legit? I don't think so. :l A lot more of this lately, methinks.. that, or I'm just getting popular xD

Oh no I hate spam trade bots -_- My tf2 acct has a few rares and people always try to trade for them o.o I tell em give me money instead and they drop the bartering. Ot can get annoying

You should sometimes they make sales for either the hardcopy or the dlc and the deals are WAY better than steam. Steam says 75% off while amazon says 40% off ... and amazon is still cheaper ... thoughts? ... ppl fall for the gimmick all the time. Just like clothing stores sales go a month early shirt cost. X amount of money next month it has 50% off but the price is only slightgly lower than previous month price ... its funny but it works

Hmm... interesting. One thing to note is that Steam does have deals below the MSRP/full-price, but if what you're saying is true, Amazon is undercutting their marketing strategies. And being someone who loves box sets, and physical copies more than digital versions of things, that sounds like a dream come true, almost :D Not for my wallet, but, you know - someone has to take a hit, right? xD I'll check it out :p I also do love the early access stuff they do, as well as the community pages and groups, and mods. What I'm kind of curious about is the new system of allowing people to put their games on sale whenever they want, though... that fits in-line with what you were saying..
