My favourite OST of anime series' would probably be Trigun, Persona 4 series, Steins Gate and Darker than Black.

My favorite Anime OST is the one to 5 Centimeters Per Second. It's the one that got me first hooked onto the composer, Tenmon.

FLCL, The Pillows capture the mood of the anime so well. Beck Samurai Champloo I think Sailor Moon had music that fit the anime really well, but not one of my favorites.
