As long as people don't confuse 2d girls with 3d (real) ones, I don't see a problem. I happen to like bro/sis incest anime/hentai.

There's a range of lolicon, from ones like kodomo no Jikan where it's only a lot of talk, no action... to other full on Loli-sex ones that I don't know of any. If I venture into this, I'll stay as close to the non-action side as possible.
