what if somone important to you died

I just went thru this. Its a lot of questioning urself and what you could have done, or if it was your fault to begin with... A lot of tears and a lot of pain. Everyone reacts different. I shut myself off from people. Try to put on a happy face and pretend it didnt happen when around others and then just break down when you get home. You try to hide it as best as you can but it changes you. It changes your outlook on how fickle the world is and makes you want to just crawl in a hole and die. But mainly you just feel alone, especially if they were a big part in your life. You dont get over it you learn to deal with living with it. Friends help tho, just hearing it will be ok from someone else or that they are there for you really can mean the world to someone.
