Clothing Colors

How is it any different from any of the other clothing, hair style, or preference threads? The colors we wear are just as much of a reflection on who we are as any of those other things.

Black is a definite favorite of mine, and combining it with a few bright colors makes the outfit look fun and lively. Now and then I might get a little lazy and just throw on a pair of jeans and a random t-shirt, but when I'm out and about, I like to present a cool and fun image, taking inspiration from KPop MVs, goth and steampunk designs. As for what other people wear... Well, I like honesty, and the more people wear what they want to wear (as opposed to what will help them fit in with everyone else), the more I'm likely to take notice. The only thing that will turn me away is if a person is wearing clothing that advertises a brand. I can appreciate band shirts, because that's part of how musicians and artists support themselves and I have no problem with that. However, if a person wears clothing that's more like a fabric billboard, I'm guaranteed to take them less seriously.

@Ryuuchi - Regardless of how high we like to hold ourselves, we're still naturally drawn to certain colors and certain styles of clothing. What we wear and how we wear it says a lot about us and other people and has been a means of identifying strangers and potential partners for a very, very long time. There's really no harm in talking about it.

I wear a lot of Red and Black( Preferably with a design that I like, Like wolves, skulls, Crosses, ect ect) Though I definitely have a lot more black then anything else. I just like the clothes is why I wear them.
