Devil May Cry

I played all DMC apart from the DMC3 special edition DMC2 everything went wrong DMC3 has an awesome villain DMC4 had a improved and addictive combat, but a few crappy bosses especially the final boss DMC reboot awesome gameplay and good story. DMc3 vergil was cooler however I rank DMC1 to be the best. it was simple, stylish, challenging with lots of enemies and bosses that are different, feels more like an adventure than the others even though the story is paper thin. replayed many times

I respect your opinion though personally. I've beaten every single dmc, some quite a few times. DMC1- The start of the series, it had the best atmosphere by far. DMC2: Worst of the series, It's gameplay was dumbed down, slowed down and made way to easy. DMC3SE: One of the best if not the best of the series, It has the best villain, the most enemies/bosses and overall extra content. DMC4: My personal favorite because for having the best combat and having to characters playing completely different, great replay value. Though it was obviously an unfinished product and as such is lacking in the enemy/boss and extra content department. DmC: I personally didn't like it, though it did have good platforming. But it just ruined basically everything else, Combat was dumbed down, the story was (In my opinion) screw to high hell. And the bosses were screwed up making the jokes, instead of making more tough enemies they just slapped on color coding....Yeah, still better then 2, but that doesn't mean much. But hey that's me I rank 3 the best, though 4 is my favorite. 3 has so much extra content, the most costumes, also two playable characters both with multiple costumes and bloody palace. The most polished combat right behind four and the most bosses in the series. So I rank it the best.

@leo_ss: DMC? as in the DMC 5? The one where Dante had black hair? :v Yea, I played that game. And I have to agree with you on the story was really screwed. But the weapon and combat where awesome. The enemy where like: meh. :v BTW, DMC 3 and 4 was by far my favorite. I loved playing both Nero and Dante in DMC 4. XD

Nero was awesome, but that last boss in DMC4 >.< was soooo unsatisfying. and I never got to play as vergil >.<

Played all DMCs I just do not like change so I was disappointed with 5. However, the graphics were awesome, vergils look was much better and I liked the game overall.

@korchan- No I meant DMC as DMC1, DmC is a reboot, Which in turn doesn't make it DMC5. Yeah, Nero and Dante were both awesome in DMC4! hahaha @Devil Gene- yeah it wasn't any Vergil or Mundus that's for sure, But you can't tell me, Punching him in the face with your devil bringer while saying the Iconic sparda " Jackpot" Wasn't satisfying hahaha. @Tri Tri- Yeah, Personally I just don't like what they did to the characters in DmC, But I respect it as an above average hack n slash, Because if you take it out of the originals shadow, It's not bad at all. It's just when you compare it to originals is where we meet problems hahahaha.

@leo_ss Agreed completely. I personally liked original Dante and for a really long time for that matter. So I was extremely pissed and would not play the reboot for like a year XD. But I excepted it though I still do not like this dante, just making that clear. :(
