Fighting ISIS

So you may have heard of ISIS, the Islamic State. For those who live under a rock, ISIS is one of the groups that formed after the beginning of the Syrian Civil War. Financed by Arabic countries, they have taken over parts of Syria and Iraq. They have claimed to be a "Caliphate". Currents, the Kurds in the Turkish/Syrian border town of Kobani are under attack by ISIS and the group is mere miles away from Baghdad. Europe, North America, and much of the industrialized world (including Japan) have denounced their attacks and have formed a coalition. Now I'd like to talk about the Kurds. An ethnic group in parts of Turkey, Syria, and Iraq, these people have been kicked around by both Sunnis and Shiites for being.......themselves? I always thought they were treated much the same way Christians treat Jews. Anyway, I believe that the United States and the rest of the First World should fight ISIS and create a new nation of Kurdistan (who are currently Autonomous in Iraq) and with their help, we can fight ISIS for the next 40-60 years. I like the Kurds and I really hate ISIS. ISIS has a tendency of beheading and raping those they conquer. So who agrees?

I agree but not much is being done at the moment to stop ISIS. Threats here. Airstrikes there. But these guys know that the current threats are idle and they will move from place to place and spread out to keep from losing too many men from bombings. We seriously need every country and all the soldiers we can get to counter their strategy and take them out. Russia and the US have the strongest armies, right? Though we aren't best buddies with Russia, I'd hope in a time like this we could work together.

Not sure when, but I saw something about ISIS threatening Putin. I know they side with Iran but I don't think Putin will take direct threats against him lightly. Maybe he wont work with the US but I don't think he'll support them much longer if this keeps up.

Ehhh... Honestly, you want American and other First world countries to first ISIS for the Kurds. I don't even know who they are, but I say this if they are tired of being kicked around and want their own nation get up and work for it yourself. That like getting someone to beat up a bully for you. Once that person is gone the bully is going to beat your ass even worse. I can understand of you want them to train the Kurds to fight, but to play big brother and not let them stand on their own would only hurt them in the end. Also you want America no less to fight for the next 40-60 years when we cant get our own shit together. Do I agree we should fight for them.. no. Though Sending some folks to train them maybe, if they have the will to stand on their own.

Maybe? If it was given the green light, all the Marines would wreck ISIS (I doubt the other branches would even need to give support, aside from Navy Corpsmen and intelligence from the Air force). They have ghetto armored vehicles, ak47s and RPGs. Not to mention minumal to no training. That's cute, all they have is gorilla warfare and explosives strapped to their chest
