Crossbow or compound bow because you can retrieve or make arrows. With a gun, once you are out of bullets you are fucked.

M16a-4. All my buddies are marines and I've got trigger time with this weapon system as well.
As for side arm, as much as I wanna say 1911, the 9mm block has the edge in a zombie situation
We have a metric sh#t ton of ammo, espically 9mm, I'm sure my buddies have more than enough 226 rounds

The FAL would be my ideal choice since it has more kick to it than an AR or AK, but logistically speaking, the AR, in America at least would be the most sound weapon to go with.
