sounds like something that happened to be a few years back. i took a few weeks off from lifting and it got better. hopefully the same will be true for you

i feel like if i dont lift ill loose a ton of muscle and ill loose my nice chest

usually doesnt effect me, ill go 2 or 3 weeks and be the same. a week or two might also be better for you if youre lifting heavy all the time. to help your body rest. i used to lift alot more than i do now (5-6 times a week) and when i took a week off i came back stronger
