Maiotaku Meet up at Anime Expo

wallace614-->I notice you been to Anime Expo past few years. The biggest I've been to to is ACEN in Chicago which is something like 3rd biggest. I can't imagine how big the dealer room is at Anime Expo. My friends and I always did the whole squeeze 10 people in a room thing but alot of hotels have been cracking down on that. Is that forbidden at Anime Expo? What's your favorite thing about that convention?

@vampireneko it is indeed pretty big that you got to planned out your days in advance because it way to big that you can't see everything in one day because you'll miss something else. I been attending since 2010 and it keeps growing every year. Going back to the hotels and rooming I have never had the necessity to book a room because I live 10 miles away from the convention center. Although I heard from friends and people I met on AX that you can still can do that. As far as AX goes my thing now it's panels and the exhibition hall, there's just do much stuff to buy and a lot of good panels. Last year the Fakku panel was off the charts and the funimation panel was good too. Crunchyroll and funimation had their own booths on the exhibition hall and they had stuff going on all three days. If I had to say day one and day two are the best days to check out cosplayers and exhibition hall, day two and day threw panels and again exhibition hall, day three and day four panels and groups cosplay. The second day it's always the busiest day of all so you don't want to miss it

Why not meat at the "Anime Jungle" on the 2nd of July a day before it starts? That's in little japan. Just an option there.
