I might actually get Cp even though i suck at 2d fighting games and Vegeta's big bang attack is broken it takes 1/3 of your hp

Damn that is broken. If you get CP you'll see how broken Terumi can be. Most of his attacks drain meter and give it to him. So he can use specials more frequently than others.
