I think it was a tornado watch. I ended up going to sleep around 11:30 or 12:00 in my upstairs bedroom. I was so tired from staying up late the night before.

No. I don't normally watch her kids by myself and it was my first time watching them all night by myself. So if I could put the kids to bed by myself without calling for help, I got paid extra. This might be my summer job.
