Thanks for the welcome note, have a great day ahead!
Yeah, I preferred the English dub of Trigun and Chobits. Though, I've watched Attack and Titan and Soul Eater in both, so I'm flexible. But I do think the fact people like Hiroshi Kamiya (the seiyuu) exist are enough to bias me towards subs.
That's hilarious. Though, some dubs can be tolerable. I think it's nostalgia. I watched Spirited Away in English the first time, so I prefer it in English. But people tend to either sway one way or the other. You prefer subs or dubs?
I think I saw clips of that but I didn't know if it was faked. That's the context! It makes so much more sense now.
Yep :) I want to watch it, kind of. I like things that are so bad they are good. I watched this Youtuber named Gigguk do a review of that disaster of a show but I haven't had the heart to sit through it myself. I need to make sure I don't eat anything for a couple days in advance so I don't throw up while binge watching the series.
Wise words. Well either works. I guess I was referring to anime but everyone has Netflix and Youtube and stuff that they watch these days too. A friend got me to watch an ep of Voltron the other day. It was such an American anime hybrid that I was weirded out at first but I might give it another shot. (At least it's not as soul destroying as Neo Yokio, if you've heard of that.)
Thank you :) I hope to meet lots of cool people to chat to. I mean, sometimes just hanging out with your figurines gets a bit old. I see your profile says you're from the UK. Do you have a favourite show?
