MvC3 looks crazy good! I saw them do Multiple Assist Air Combos, and Ryu is able to change the direction of his Shinkuu Hadouken in mid-air, now.
I haven't played Street Fighter 4, yet, but my sis and brother-and-law have! They had an Xbox 360.
