If you enjoyed Ouran, then probably. XD It's not hentai, and really, compared to the ecchi comedies made for men, it's extremely mild in comparison. They do show them naked(because they regularly bathe in a hot spring), but they never show even a peak of their genitalia. I think they don't even have nipples. They do have scenes where they "sparkle" like in girls' fantasies though, lol.

If you have no problem against fanservice made for females, or find it humorous, then yes. But, if you are uncomfortable about "gayness" or yaoi jokes, I would probably not recommend it. If you are okay with it, you may like it if you liked Gintama and Daily Lives of Highschool Boys, they share similar comedy style because they had the same guy working on it.

Yeap, it's a parody of magical girl anime, like Sailor Moon. It's really funny, but probably not for everyone, I guess more aimed at girls or yaoi fans. >.>
