Hello ^-^ I agree Cromartie High School is a good and funny anime! Mmmm..... As for similar ones possibly Gintama or Level E. There's also Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and Excel Saga being suggested by others. But to be honest I haven't watched the last three anime. Hope this was a little bit helpful ^-^;
