The manga definitely. :) The anime just feels rushed and doesn't go into detail. At-least thats what I think.

no. made a first and second then ended. and rosario already ended. the anime is new for okami so there is new releases of the manga every month or two

They all end differently (except maybe sailor moon, but its still pretty different from the anime. :) Black cat is especially different, they change a lot of the manga for the anime.
